Metrohm opens new Regional Support Center in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Providing customers worldwide with outstanding service and support has always been a cornerstone of Metrohm’s business philosophy. In order to strengthen their service infrastructure in the Middle East and North East Africa, Metrohm opened a new Regional Support Center (RSC) in Sharjah (U.A.E.) in 2008.

Metrohm’s new RSC supports Metrohm agencies in the Middle East and North East Africa in their business activities both with technical and human resources. End users can participate in training courses or individual trainings for Metrohm instruments either on their own premises or in the new RSC in Sharjah. The new RSC is staffed with a dedicated team of professionals who can service and support the complete range of Metrohm instruments.

The new premises are fully equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories to provide customer support in developing and testing applications. Metrohm’s new RSC in Sharjah brings the company closer to their goal to maintain the same high service and support standards worldwide – a great bonus for all customers, and particularly for those who are global players themselves.
