The Autolab TWINGLE is designed for high quality, high accuracy measurements and is the economical choice for dual channel surface plasmon resonance measurements.
This small double channel instrument has everything you need to get started with surface plasmon resonance experiments. It is the combination of the compact Springle and the reference channel option of the Esprit in a value for money instrument.
The reference channel data can be used to correct for experimental errors and/or matrix effects. The TWINGLE is standard supplied with a normal cuvette, an electrochemical cuvette is optional.
The measurement noise, kinetic constant value range, concentration range and refractive index resolution can easily match competing instruments in the market at a low total cost of ownership.
All Autolab SPR instruments come with data acquisition and kinetic evaluation software. The latest KE software has an improved equilibrium analysis and a number of other new features: depletion correction, recognition of outlier data points in the fittings, concentration calibration curves and Van ‘t Hoff analysis for calculation of thermodynamic parameters. All of these new features will help the user a great deal in understanding the interaction under investigation.
